the Commission has directed to issue summons to you:

to afford you an opportunity of being heard in person, and/or adduce
evidence in support of your complaint;

soon thereafter as may be convenient to the Commission for further
consideration.
If
you fail to comply with this order without lawful excuse:
(i)
final decision in the proceedings shall be taken by the Commission in
your absence;
or
(ii)
you will be subjected to the consequences of non-attendance as provided
in rule 10 and rule 12 of Order XVI of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908.
